American University’s Health Center Improves Patient Service with NueMD

American University’s Health Center in Washington, D.C., serving about 12,000 students, needed a Practice Management system that was easy to train staff on, offered online scheduling and advanced reporting, and would reduce wait times and no‑shows while providing data to justify budget and staffing requests. They implemented NueMD, a cloud-based PM with a real-time patient portal, appointment scheduler and robust reporting, avoiding large IT investments and ongoing maintenance.
