A Nudge Case Study
The Atlantic, a leading publisher in native content, wanted better tools to measure attribution and prove the value of its sponsored content to brands. To address this, it partnered with Nudge, a native content platform for managing, measuring, and optimizing native campaigns, to understand what happened after readers consumed the content.
Nudge was installed across a sponsored campaign on The Atlantic, with a pixel placed on the client’s site so content consumption and conversions could be tracked in real time. The results showed that 35% of all conversions came from one media source, and one piece of content drove 39% of all conversions; that top-performing piece also delivered 30% higher scroll rate, 20% more attention, 23% higher engagement, and 3.8x higher virality than the campaign average.
