Paddle, an end-to-end platform for selling software that serves customers in 150 countries, faced rapid growth—expanding from about 30 to 130 people in nine months—and needed to capture institutional knowledge, improve onboarding, and boost cross-team collaboration. To solve this challenge Paddle adopted Nuclino’s knowledge‑sharing platform to centralize documentation and make information easily discoverable across the company.
Nuclino delivered a simple, flexible solution that anyone at Paddle could use with minimal training, and the Nuclino team supported the migration and feedback loop. As a result Nuclino became the company’s de facto documentation tool: since adopting Nuclino in 2018 the 130‑person team has created 3,150+ items, streamlined new‑hire ramp-up, reduced unnecessary meetings, and improved information sharing across departments.
