A Nucleus Case Study
The Potlatch Club, a once-exclusive Bahamian hotel that had fallen into disrepair, required a complete brand and digital rebirth following its acquisition and restoration by new owners. The luxury resort appointed the brand and digital agency Nucleus to reposition it within the competitive local and international hotel market.
Nucleus developed a new brand strategy and identity that drew on the hotel's heritage, including a new brand promise and a visual identity reflecting its location. They commissioned photography and videography, built a pre-opening teaser website, and designed all launch collateral. As a result, The Potlatch Club opened to significant buzz, featuring in major international publications. Website traffic peaked at over 490 visits per day, with newsletter subscriptions and booking enquiries growing steadily. Nucleus's work also helped establish the resort as the finest hotel and best restaurant on the island.
