The Potlatch Club, a unique luxury hotel in the Caribbean, required a bespoke website to distinguish itself in a market of look-a-like luxury hotel sites. They commissioned Nucleus to create a world-class website that would bring their brand proposition to life online.
Nucleus designed and built a bespoke website on the Umbraco Cloud CMS, integrating it with SynXis for bookings. The solution featured custom photography, video, and a carefully calibrated user experience. The results were exceptional: the website won two Silver awards in New York, daily traffic peaked at 599 visitors, dwell times more than doubled, and the hotel achieved top search rankings for key terms. The Potlatch Club also made a profit in its first full year and was awarded a Michelin Key.
