Standard Chartered Bank wins 4 Global Finance awards after usability research with Nucleus

Standard Chartered Bank faced customer concerns regarding the usability of its main corporate online banking application, straight2bank. The bank commissioned the vendor Nucleus to address these challenges through a program of usability research.

Nucleus undertook in-depth accompanied browse sessions and interviews with users in Hong Kong and Singapore. They provided a detailed report with key recommendations and a set of design guidelines for implementation. As a result, the redesigned straight2bank application won multiple industry awards, including several from Global Finance magazine for being the Best Corporate/Institutional Internet Bank in Asia and the Middle East.
