Qineticare transforms personal health horizons in a 6-month brand overhaul with Nucleus

Qineticare, a Hong Kong-based health management company founded by Feisal Alibhai, sought to create a revolutionary healthcare concept that combined Asian and Western approaches. Their challenge was to name, position, and brand this new high-standard, compassionate service to cut through the existing narratives in private medicine and healthcare insurance. They partnered with the brand and digital agency Nucleus to undertake this project.

Nucleus developed a new market positioning and brand proposition, culminating in the name Qineticare, which reflects 'Qi' as a life force. They created a distinctive, elegant brand system conceptually similar to a private wealth manager, positioning health as a person's most valuable asset. This system was applied across stationery, signs, brochures, membership packs, and a responsive website. As a result, the core brand proposition resonated strongly with its target audience, and Qineticare's membership base has increased each year since launch. Nucleus successfully communicated the founder's vision, and Feisal Alibhai has become a well-known figure in the Asian business community.
