RattanIndia Finance, a New Delhi–based nonbank financial company (NBFC), set out to become a de novo digital lender but faced a legacy lending stack that could not support rapid product expansion, scalable operations, or a cloud-first strategy. To replace its entire lending IT stack and move end-to-end lending to the public cloud, RattanIndia Finance partnered with Nucleus Software to deploy the cloud edition of FinnOne Neo, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Nucleus Software delivered a fully cloud-hosted FinnOne Neo platform (CAS, LMS, ECM and digital/mobile channels) that enabled automated origination, servicing, collections and rapid third‑party integrations while supporting decentralized sales agents and centralized product management. The deployment cut technology total cost of ownership by about 90% (platform TCO under INR 10 million), reduced IT headcount by ~75% (five IT staff managing the platform vs ~15 typical), halved time‑to‑market for new products, achieved a 99% reduction in integration time, improved collections and customer convenience, and helped RattanIndia launch five new loan products (including India’s first e‑bike loans) within a year.
