NTT Global Networks implemented a multi-carrier, region-optimized IP/MPLS overlay with backup broadband carrying lower-priority traffic, placed security services in the cloud to reduce on-site equipment and Internet load, and integrated management via a web portal and 24x7 operations. The result was a fully redundant, secure global network connecting CTS across nine countries, reduced network costs, improved performance and scalability, and ongoing engineering support (including management of 18 providers) that freed CTS IT to focus more on business priorities.
