Ricoh Japan, a leading office automation and IT solutions provider, faced rapidly growing demand for its IT Keeper and BB Pack hosting services, which strained capital investment, operational capacity and IT skills. Ricoh selected NTT Communications to migrate its customer management systems to Enterprise Cloud over the Arcstar Universal One network and to outsource infrastructure operations.
