VIVA Bahrain, a leading 4G telco with 1.8 million customers, faced tight rollout timelines and complex backend requirements—particularly integration with Siebel CRM, bulk bill-payment processing and the need to simplify slow, error-prone shop and inventory processes. To address these challenges VIVA again partnered with NTS Retail, deploying NTS Retail X4.1 and the NTS sales/retail management suite.
NTS Retail implemented a unified POS frontend, an interface framework tying POS to CRM and billing, and a logistics/inventory module plus in-store payment handling. The NTS Retail Suite delivered smooth CRM integration, one-screen bill payments, elimination of manual inventory tasks, reduced fraud (no physical scratch cards), faster transactions, fewer errors and improved stock control—accelerating processes and boosting customer satisfaction.
