Telefonica Germany, a leading German telecommunications provider with over 23 million mobile customers and roughly 1,000 O2 shops, faced complex goods logistics, branch management and franchise rollout challenges. To address these needs, Telefonica Germany has relied on NTS Retail for more than 10 years, deploying the NTS Retail Suite (including NTSwincash, Retail Management, Retail Touchpoint and Retail Logistics) to support its POS and central shop management.

NTS Retail implemented a real-time, centrally managed retail and logistics solution that integrates with Telefonica Germany’s ERP, enabling central cash-desk and price management and full tracking of cross-branch orders and goods flows. The NTS Retail deployment lets Telefonica Germany centrally manage about 1,500 cash desks, respond quickly to customer needs, and ensure end‑to‑end visibility and smoother processing across its store network.
