MTEL Austria, an Austrian MVNO, faced a fast-paced retail rollout with only eight weeks from order to first store opening plus the need to design specific business processes, integrate customer-specific data interfaces, provide detailed financial reporting, handle multiple SIM types, and sell eTopUps/eVouchers. To meet these challenges MTEL Austria engaged NTS Retail to implement the NTSwincash X3 POS and develop the required custom interfaces and reports.
NTS Retail delivered the NTS Retail Suite — including the NTSwincash X3 sales module, backoffice and logistics, the NTS eLoading system for fraud‑proof eTopUps/eVouchers (€10–€50) and the NTS reporter for automated daily PDF sales and payment reports. The solution gave MTEL Austria a highly reliable POS, easy SIM handling, secure phone credit top-ups that eliminate scratch‑card costs and availability bottlenecks, and daily actionable statistics, markedly improving operational efficiency and fraud protection.
