MTEL Austria, an Austrian MVNO, faced a fast-paced retail rollout with only eight weeks from order to first store opening plus the need to design specific business processes, integrate customer-specific data interfaces, provide detailed financial reporting, handle multiple SIM types, and sell eTopUps/eVouchers.
