Legal Advisory Firm, a legal services provider with about 150 distributed employees, was struggling to manage a complex and growing IT environment with no dedicated IT staff. Ntiva stepped in to support the lone internal staff member and help address outdated computers and servers, limited storage capacity, and the need to better support future growth.

Ntiva migrated the firm to Microsoft Office 365, implemented a cloud-based virtual server solution for scalable data storage and retrieval, and helped procure needed hardware and software through vendor relationships. As a result, the firm improved operational productivity, simplified document management, and gave employees better devices and software; Ntiva now also serves as their vCIO for ongoing technology strategy.
