Event Management Agency, a Washington, D.C.-based event management company, needed a better way to give employees working across multiple locations consistent access to company data and applications. Ntiva identified the need for a remote desktop solution, such as RDS, to help solve performance and access challenges during critical event periods.
Ntiva implemented a remote desktop hosting solution so employees could access a centralized server with the same secure, up-to-date data and applications from any location or device. The result was improved performance, reliability, and easier IT management for nearly 100 workstations and laptops, while also avoiding a major PC replacement expense and reducing the maintenance burden on the internal IT team.
