Olympia Orthopaedic Associates partnered with Ntirety to solve major reporting challenges. Its legacy reporting system was not integrated with billing and investor management tools, leaving the team with limited visibility into financial and operational performance across providers, procedures, facilities, and cash flow. Olympia initially implemented Microsoft Power BI, but lacked the internal SQL database and Power BI expertise needed to make it work effectively.

Ntirety set up an SQL database and built custom data integrations that connected Olympia’s Athena billing system and other business sources into Power BI. Using Microsoft’s enterprise-grade data integration platform, Ntirety helped reconcile data down to the penny and enabled centralized, custom BI reporting. As a result, Olympia gained the ability to create flexible reports tailored to its needs, compare costs against reimbursements, and access more accurate, up-to-date insights from a single dashboard.
