Ntirety Provides LGFCU with a Flexible DevOps Environment

LGFCU, North Carolina’s Local Government Federal Credit Union, had a skilled internal IT team but a largely manual release process that relied on website administrators and direct code pushes to production. This approach was time-consuming, risky, and prone to downtime, especially when updates had to be deployed multiple times a day or late at night. Ntirety helped LGFCU modernize its approach with AWS-based DevOps tooling, including AWS CodePipeline.

Ntirety implemented a fully automated CI/CD pipeline for LGFCU using AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CodeDeploy. The new process added QA testing, database snapshotting, and blue/green deployments to reduce risk and improve reliability, while eliminating the need for a constantly running staging server. As a result, LGFCU was able to deliver updates faster, improve production deployment quality, scale more easily, and reduce both manual effort and infrastructure costs.
