The customer, Tended Bar, a startup backed by Mark Cuban, approached vendor Automation NTH with the challenge of scaling up production for their automated cocktail mixing concept. They needed expert guidance to turn their innovative idea into a manufacturable reality but were unsure how to begin the process effectively.

Automation NTH interviewed the customer to understand their requirements and designed a more cost-effective automation system than originally planned. The vendor's engineers programmed the machines and set up the product database, HMI, and operating systems on an extremely tight timeline. The result was a complete, working automation system that enabled Tended Bar to successfully execute its first event at a large NFL stadium concert, where it outsold every other bar in the stadium two to one.
