Polygon, a Portuguese technology company specializing in multimodal biometrics for web and mobile applications, needed a fast and reliable facial recognition solution to strengthen its biometric authentication platform and help financial institutions securely onboard and verify users online. To meet this challenge, Polygon turned to NtechLab and its FindFace product.

NtechLab implemented FindFace to power Polygon’s BiometrID platform with facial recognition and liveness detection, enabling secure remote onboarding and two-factor authentication for online banking and payments. The result was a faster, more convenient process that takes 5 minutes or less to open a bank account, requires 0 office visits, and verifies a client against a photo ID in 2 seconds or less, while also reducing fraud risk and protecting biometric data.
