ANO National Fitness Union wanted to reduce the ongoing cost of RFID wristbands and improve customer service at its fitness clubs. To address this challenge, it worked with NtechLab and its FindFace facial recognition solution to streamline visitor identification at the entrance and in locker rooms.

NtechLab implemented an automatic customer registration and access control system using tablets with integrated cameras, FindFace face recognition, and integrations with the club’s CRM and mobile app. The project eliminated RFID wristbands, reduced administrative payroll by 33%, and paid back in about one year; overall savings reached 800,000 rubles annually from wristbands alone and 1,610,000 rubles in net savings when payroll and system costs were taken into account.
