Bitrix24, a one-stop-shop CRM platform serving over 2 million subscriber companies in 225 countries, was looking for practical ways to apply facial recognition to mass-market business use cases. The company wanted to boost sales through personalization, improve loyalty programs, enable timely CRM notifications, and add a tool for time and attendance tracking. NtechLab’s facial recognition technology, including Face Tracker, Face Discount, and the FindFace Cloud API, fit these needs.
NtechLab integrated three facial recognition scenarios into Bitrix24 in just 14 days: Face Tracker for recognizing and counting visitors and linking them to CRM histories, Visit Tracker for alerting managers during in-person meetings, and Face Card for activating discounts without physical cards. The solution also supported employee time and attendance monitoring. As a result, Bitrix24 gained new sales tools, more personalized customer interactions, improved loyalty functionality, and accurate automated attendance accounting.
