Aventin Engineering, a construction contracting company, needed a better way to track working time across multiple job sites. With high staff turnover and the need for reliable data for planning and management, traditional methods like electronic cards were cumbersome and inefficient. Using NtechLab’s FindFace API and cloud-based architecture, the company implemented face recognition for worker authorization, shift inspections, and payroll accuracy. The system now controls up to 20 sites and 400 workers daily, with clock-ins taking less than 1 second, helping reduce micromanagement and improve workflow management.
