BDO Canada, a professional services and accounting firm with 150+ offices and 4,000+ employees across Canada, needed a better way to manage the shift to hybrid work after relying on remote operations during the pandemic. The first site took about four weeks to complete, and BDO improved each subsequent implementation by training superusers at each office.
