XXL, a leading Nordic sports retailer, faced challenges with delivery accuracy and process efficiency at its Oslo warehouse. Manual scanning of over 1,500 daily parcels was slow and prone to human error, leading to misdeliveries and delays in store replenishment. To solve this, XXL worked with nShift to integrate its Ship product with an external RFID solution.

nShift’s solution automated the verification and tracking of every RFID-labeled parcel from dispatch to store arrival. This integration allowed for instantaneous scanning of full pallets, eliminating misdeliveries and providing real-time visibility. The results for XXL included a significant increase in delivery accuracy, faster store replenishment, and the ability to validate all shipments automatically before they leave the warehouse.
