Remote Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in the face of the COVID-19
The TKM Projekt, a Wrocław-based team of experienced constructors, electrical and automation specialists, needed to complete acceptance testing for a laser engraving system for a key customer, but COVID-19 travel restrictions made an on-site FAT impossible. Nsflow provided its platform, including the Remote Support and LMS modules, to enable the process remotely.
Using Nsflow, the client’s representatives could monitor the machine in real time, share feedback, annotate images, and approve patches without visiting the supplier’s site. The remote FAT was completed on time, the project moved into implementation, and The TKM Projekt reported that approval took 3 weeks, with the solution also reducing travel costs for future projects.
