Nsflow worked with a leading automotive and energy company that operates across industry, automotive, and energy, supporting a specialized production line from TKM Projekt. The customer struggled to keep technician expertise at a consistent level as staff rotated, which led to knowledge loss, repeated downtime, inefficient support processes, and difficulty maintaining machinery under strict data protection requirements.

Nsflow implemented its platform on an industrial-grade on-site PC, using the Nsflow Box to provide secure, offline access to standardized training and maintenance tutorials through tablets and AR devices. This enabled technicians to get hands-on guidance without external network connectivity, improved training consistency, reduced dependence on outside experts, and helped maintain production continuity for a line with 4 industrial robots, 18 servo positioning systems, and 15 operators.
