Grupa Azoty, one of the leaders in the European chemical market, needed a better way to transfer knowledge across the organization. Nsflow helped address challenges caused by paper-based manuals, instructor-dependent training, inconsistent onboarding, and the risk of losing expert know-how as experienced employees left the company.

Nsflow implemented its AR platform for industrial training management, including an augmented reality module for practical knowledge transfer and remote support, plus the Knowledge Academy e-learning module for office and administrative staff. The solution also included tools for creating tutorials, assigning training, and reporting progress. The pilot involved 175 employees, and the full rollout was planned for 16,000 users, giving Grupa Azoty a more standardized, future-proof training process.
