Nsflow worked with a leading automotive company, the Polish branch of an international automotive corporation and one of the world’s largest hybrid drive production centers. The customer needed a faster, safer way to train forklift operators, since traditional instructor-led courses took up to two weeks, required heavy instructor involvement, and created risks around uneven assessments and workplace accidents.

Nsflow implemented an automated forklift training system using augmented reality, Microsoft HoloLens 2, AI algorithms, cameras, and forklift-mounted sensors to guide trainees step by step and validate their actions in real time. The solution reduced dependence on instructors, supported hands-free training, improved safety oversight, and generated detailed performance reports for managers, while also shortening training time and enabling more scalable training across plants.
