LNG Canada, a major liquefied natural gas export facility project, engaged nPlan to mitigate delivery risk and avoid costly schedule overruns during its large-scale construction. The challenge was to gain an objective view of schedule risk, supplement their traditional analysis, and identify potential issues before they impacted the critical path and budget.
