Technology for Marketing & Advertising needed a more dynamic way to engage attendees and deliver timely event information at TFM&A Manchester 2013, after paper flyers proved ineffective. NowSignage stepped in with its EventBeat platform, introducing a new Twitpics feature to bring live social content into the venue’s “podium of power” feeds and provide richer, real-time engagement.
NowSignage implemented the Twitpics social feed and used EventBeat’s announcement and broadcasting capabilities to push show times and directions to on-site display units. The solution put live visitor photos front-and-center and replaced confusing paper handouts with clear, broadcasted schedules, significantly helping visitors find exhibitions and improving on-site information delivery.
