Sony partnered with NowSignage to boost customer engagement via in‑store digital signage at its flagship Southampton store. The brief was to create a community wall using mounted tablets to showcase local social media and give customers a reason to interact with the brand.
NowSignage developed a tablet application to collect, moderate and publish content from multiple social feeds and ran an in‑store competition to encourage sharing. The outcome was a “Sony Community Collection” of three tablets broadcasting mixed social media live in store, increasing local engagement and visitor interaction.
