Oliver James, a recruitment specialist with 13 offices across three continents, needed a succinct way to control corporate branding and improve internal communications. They engaged NowSignage’s digital signage platform to promote events and awards, share personal messages (birthdays, promotions) and strengthen employee engagement across multiple locations.

NowSignage implemented a simple, scalable solution by creating tagged screens in its platform (using Android media players or Amazon Fire TV Sticks running the NowSignage app), enabling Oliver James to broadcast global or targeted content—static ads, video, social feeds, live YouTube and news—to specific regions or individual screens. Deployed across their offices, the NowSignage system made content management easy, reinforced branding and internal engagement, reduced reliance on printed materials, and allowed location-specific displays such as sales metrics on the trading floor, Instagram in kitchens, and corporate video at reception.
