J.C. Bamford Excavators Limited (JCB), one of the world’s largest construction equipment manufacturers, wanted a bold, customer-centric display and a better way to share internal communications at its World Headquarters. To reinforce its market-leading image and improve engagement with customers and staff, JCB engaged NowSignage to deliver a large-scale digital signage solution including a dramatic video wall and office-wide screen network.

NowSignage, working with AV partner Feltech and agency McCann, delivered a 25m x 10m "Customer First" video wall powered by four Ultra‑HD projectors and four live customer dashboard panels, with the NowSignage platform providing granular, independent control of content. The deployment also rolled out digital signage across the headquarters, giving JCB real-time customer displays, improved internal comms and stronger brand and employer branding—transforming the visitor and employee experience at scale.
