The Nailco Group (TNG), a $85+ million family-owned business serving the salon and beauty industry, needed to modernize how it created and distributed invoices and statements. Before NowDocs, the company relied on multi-part preprinted forms and dot matrix printers, which required reloading different forms for different customer types and made the process time-consuming and costly.

NowDocs implemented NowFORMS to automate invoice generation using laser printers on plain paper, combining SX.e data with the right logos and formats by division, customer type, and geography. The solution allowed documents to be sent by mail, fax, or email as PDF attachments, eliminated preprinted forms, and saved TNG significant expenses while improving customer communications and satisfaction; Craig Zampa said the company was saving $0.80 per A/R statement in postage and labor, which adds up quickly across thousands of statements each month.
