Port of Melbourne, a Victorian Government agency, needed support with a prior web development built on Sitecore CMS Enterprise and sought help assessing its technology setup and digital direction. NOW Digital was brought in to conduct a technology audit and help address the challenge of maintaining and improving the platform.

NOW Digital delivered the audit, then managed a seamless migration of technical environments and source code as part of an ongoing services contract. The vendor also implemented scheduled improvements and is now supporting Port of Melbourne Corporation with longer-term digital strategy and roadmapping, helping establish a stronger foundation for their digital channel.
