FALKE, the German family business known for high-quality fashion and hosiery, wanted to relaunch its existing online shop with a modern, high-performance cloud-based system that could support international growth, flexible content management, and a better ability to react quickly to trends and country-specific offers. To meet these requirements, novomind provided novomind iSHOP together with novomind iPIM for data preparation and migration.

novomind implemented a scalable, multilingual, multi-brand, multi-currency shopping solution with separate front ends for FALKE and Burlington, customized personalization features such as monogramming and sock subscriptions, and an easy-to-manage back office. The new shop went live after a six-month implementation phase and now serves customers in six languages, three currencies, and more than 28 countries, with faster page loading times, improved shopping performance, and a more personalized customer experience.
