AltaOne Federal Credit Union partnered with Novo Solutions to address the challenge of sharing information efficiently among its key management group, including external volunteers and Board members. AltaOne wanted to move away from hard copy documents and traditional mail for board meeting materials, especially for members who travel frequently and need access to documents from anywhere. Novo Solutions provided its knowledge base system to help solve this long-standing problem.

Using Novo Solutions’ knowledge base software, AltaOne built a secure extranet that gave authorized users browser-based access to agendas, minutes, notes, and other meeting documents. The system eliminated much of the paper handling and reduced USPS and overnight delivery costs, while also making meetings more productive and better organized. AltaOne reported that documents could be accessed quickly and easily after just a 30-minute training session, and overall satisfaction with Novo Solutions was very high.
