CAE Partners With Novisto To Manage ESG And Sustainability Data And Reporting

CAE, a global high-technology firm with more than 11,000 employees across 180 locations, faced growing pressure to improve the availability, quality and transparency of its ESG and sustainability data for internal and external stakeholders. To move beyond spreadsheets and meet multiple reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) while reducing manual effort, CAE partnered with ESG software provider Novisto to centralize and manage its ESG data and disclosures.

Novisto implemented its ESG software as a centralized repository with automated data ingestion, AI parsing and analytics, approval workflows and connectors to source systems (e.g., Workday, Enablon), creating a single source of truth and benchmarking capability. As a result, Novisto helped CAE achieve a more consistent reporting foundation and performance improvements — including automated collection/approval processes and the publication of CAE’s 152‑page 2021 CSR report — while better positioning the company for expanding disclosure requirements.
