Novi AMS implemented a user-friendly AMS with self-service account tools, streamlined event ticketing, and real-time reporting for chapter leaders, enabling personalized outreach and better cash-flow management. The solution saved roughly 30 hours of administrative work per week, helped re-engage about 900 returning or new members (many long inactive), and freed staff to focus on new programs and member engagement using Novi AMS’ data-driven tools.
