Wild Turkey Distillery, a Kentucky bourbon producer owned by Campari Group, needed a better way to manage growing employee and labor demands as it moved beyond paper time cards. The company selected NOVAtime and its NOVAtime 4000 SaaS Workforce Management Solution with NT6500 fingerprint time clocks to improve timekeeping, attendance tracking, vacation accrual, and reporting.

NOVAtime implemented a real-time system that automated punch in/out, absenteeism points, leave approvals, and payroll exports to ADP, while providing a stronger audit trail and better compliance support. The solution was rolled out through Integrated Time Systems for about 80 union employees, with plans to reach about 100, and helped Wild Turkey reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and make workforce management easier for supervisors and payroll staff.
