The upgrade also improved reporting with a more user-friendly report generator, over 100 templates, and multiple output options such as PDF, Excel, HTML, and CSV. According to Rosedale Green, NOVAtime and its partner Cincinnati Time Systems provided strong support and helped the organization stay current with technology, though no specific numeric performance impact was reported.
