Ozark Housing Authority Automates Its Timekeeping with NOVAtime’s Workforce Management Solutions

Ozark Housing Authority, a public housing provider in Dale County, Alabama, needed a better way to manage employee labor hours after ending its use of Apex Systems. The organization turned to NOVAtime and its NOVAtime 4000 Software as a Service (SaaS) time and attendance/workforce management solution, along with the NT450 time clock, to improve timekeeping and labor tracking.

NOVAtime implemented a web-based system that processes employee work hours, tracks accruals such as vacation and sick leave, and syncs labor data with the Lindsey Payroll application. The NT450 time clock added easy punch-in/punch-out functionality and real-time access to timesheets and schedules, while the subscription model eliminated the need for a perpetual license and hardware purchase. Ozark Housing Authority reported that the implementation and pilot went smoothly, found the system easy to use, and praised NOVAtime’s responsive support.
