Vivage Senior Living, a provider of independent and assisted living communities across Colorado and Oklahoma, needed help meeting the Affordable Care Act’s Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) reporting mandate for its 3,000-plus employees at 31 locations. The company turned to NOVAtime and its workforce management software, including NOVAtime 5000 SaaS and PBJ reporting capabilities, to support the new CMS requirement.

NOVAtime implemented an easy-to-use PBJ solution that handled the complex XML reporting in the background and was taught to more than 40 location managers and supervisors. Vivage reported that the process was simple to learn and use, with one manager completing end-to-end submission in about five to ten minutes, helping the organization successfully file PBJ reports with CMS.
