Caffe Ettore, Inc., a café and bakery with multiple retail, production, and corporate locations, needed a workforce management and time and attendance solution to handle scheduling, timekeeping, employee management, breaks, and leave across 160 employees and ten supervisors. NOVAtime provided a web punch interface using Caffe Ettore’s existing tablets along with its workforce management/time and attendance platform, including Advance Schedule Manager and an FMLA module.
