Musser’s Markets, a family-owned retail supermarket chain, wanted to replace manual timekeeping and paper-based timecard storage with a more efficient process. The company turned to NOVAtime’s Enterprise workforce management solution, implemented by NE Time Systems, to automate attendance tracking and support its payroll workflow with FMS Solutions.

With NOVAtime, Musser’s Markets added biometric hand readers, employee self-service access, supervisor tools for approving and correcting punches, and scheduling features to better manage retail staffing. The result was easier access to historical attendance records and timecards, elimination of archiving and storage issues, reduced buddy punching, improved oversight of employee attendance, and faster payroll preparation.
