Mission Lakes Country Club Upgrades to the NOVAtime 4000 Workforce Management Solution

Mission Lakes Country Club upgraded its workforce management approach after four years on NOVAtime 3000, seeking a more modern, user-friendly system to manage employee timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting across two locations. The club also wanted to prevent buddy-punching and improve access to accurate, real-time labor information for its 52 employees.

NOVAtime provided the NOVAtime 4000 SaaS workforce management solution with NT450 fingerprint time clocks, giving Mission Lakes real-time time and attendance, accruals, leave, scheduling, reporting, and a payroll interface to CBIZ. The fingerprint terminals eliminated the possibility of employees clocking in for one another, while real-time updates made punches and timesheet corrections easier to review; Mission Lakes also reported that the system was easy to use and supported by helpful service from EMS.
