Labor Temps, a staffing and managed services provider in the Chicago area, needed stronger metrics and better insight into its workforce operations. After years of using NOVAtime for time and attendance, the company turned to NOVAtime’s NOVAanalytics application to give its clients more robust reporting and analytics.

NOVAtime implemented NOVAanalytics, which uses web APIs to turn real-time data into ad hoc reports, interactive visualizations, dashboards, and presentations for non-technical users. With support from Longley Systems, Labor Temps improved its ability to analyze workforce data while continuing to realize savings from automating time and attendance across more than 1,000 employees at 20 locations.
