Innovative Services, Inc., a provider of support services for people with developmental disabilities, needed a flexible and scalable way to manage time and attendance across 120 locations and 1,250 employees. After using earlier NOVAtime systems, the company wanted to move to a cloud-based solution that could simplify punch capture, reduce paper time cards, and better support its growing workforce management needs.
NOVAtime implemented the NOVAtime 4000 SaaS workforce management/time and attendance solution, along with NT450PX proximity card clocks and the Phone-In System, with support from Integrated Time Systems. The new setup helped Innovative Services cut payroll processing time by more than half, eliminate over 2,000 paper time cards, save paper and storage space, and improve convenience and access to employee data, making payroll more efficient and environmentally friendly.
