Grindmaster-Cecilware™ Upgrades to Newly-Released NOVAtime NT7000 Smart Time Clocks

Grindmaster-Cecilware, a global manufacturer of beverage dispensers and foodservice equipment, was looking to modernize workforce management and improve the accuracy of time tracking. The company had been using NOVAtime 4000 SaaS with NT6500 clocks and wanted a newer time clock solution that would better support employee punch capture and supervisor visibility.

NOVAtime implemented its NT7000 smart time clocks alongside the NOVAtime 4000 SaaS system, integrating with ADP payroll. The new clocks brought biometric and badge options, multilingual support, photo capture, and a larger touchscreen, helping Grindmaster-Cecilware achieve more accurate timekeeping and real-time monitoring of employee clock-ins. The company also reported that employees liked the optical fingerprint touch pad and larger screen, and support from Cincinnati Time Systems was described as swift and knowledgeable.
