First Mortgage Corporation, a residential mortgage banking company with offices across California and Nevada, needed a better way to manage time and attendance after a previous workforce system failed and they reverted to manual payroll. The company wanted centralized control from headquarters, seamless payroll integration, better reporting, an easy-to-use system, and lower costs, while also improving employee acceptance of the new process.
